The Wave "The Wave" in northern Arizona, barely south of the Utah-Arizona border, is a spectacular sandstone formation on the slopes of the Coyote Buttes in the beautiful Paria Canyon - Vermillion Cliffs Wilderness Area. (Tuesday, 29 October 2002)
Discovered!

Well you've found me out! So much for my own secret little caching web page. Since you now know, I may as well let you in on one of my favorite pastimes, G.P.S. stash hunting, or Geocaching.

When I go cache hunting, I am known as Astounding. That's the nickname or handle I've been using since I started caching in 2001. That's my name online at www.geocaching.com, the official web site of Geocaching.

Be sure to visit my Adventures page where I share some of my cache hunting adventures online.

Below I've included a few links to related web pages--web sites I find interesting:

Geocaching:

Utah Association of Geocachers (UTAG):
www.utahgeocachers.com
The Mobile Mavericks' Geocaching Site (circa 2001-2003):
www.eduscapes.com/geocaching - These cache hunters have put together an excellent site, including fascinating information on their own cache hunting finds! [UPDATE March 2011: It looks like the Mobile Mavericks gave up on their site sometime in 2003, so it's suffered some bit rot much like my own web site's caching section.]
